Description

Scheduled to be euthanized, our vet partner got Peanut (26040, 2 YO M) into our care. Peanut has an intrahepatic liver shunt, which is an abnormal connection within the liver that allows blood to bypass the liver. He has a consult scheduled at a referral hospital in October to ensure his needs are met with proper care and attention. Peanut makes frequent trips to the bathroom due to undescended testicles, the liver shunt, and not having a proper diet. At our primary care vet, Peanut received vaccines.
